Perfect your stability via the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course, this course is a lot of fun   What is neutral buoyancy?  It’s the preferred state of divers, as they neither sink nor float, and it’s not always easy to master.  Divers who master their buoyancy are different, easily recognisable underwater, gliding without any effort, consuming less air, descending, ascending and maintaining a given depth naturally, without thinking about it.  The Peak Performance Specialty allows you to work on and perfect certain techniques learnt during the PADI Open Water Course.  You’ll be welcomed in a familiar and relaxed atmosphere, by a team of serious professionals who put an accent on leisure and pleasure!

Prerequisites:

• To want to do it.
• 10 years old.
• PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent.
• Be medically fit to dive.

Competences you’ll acquire:

The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty will allow you to perfect buoyancy.  You’ll learn a number of techniques to help with this.

• Adjust weighting.
• Hydrodynamic.
• The hover.
• Autonomy.
• Descending and returning to the surface.
• Theory knowledge.
• Understanding and respect of the environment.

• Access to the most beautiful and prestigious dive sites of the Meditterranean.  You’ll discover the marine park of “Port Cros” and Porquerolles amongst the Golden Islands, opposite “Fort Bregançon” the residence of the President of the Republic.  The pinnacles (little underwater mountains) or the famous “Gabinière drop off” one of the most protected and richly populated sites in the heart of the “Port Cros” marine reserve.  Or even a wreck called the “Cimentier” (3-15m).  There is something for all tastes, enormous schools of barracuda, from turtles to sunfish via monkfish and groupers and red gorgonians!

RDV at 9.00am in front of the dive centre at La Londe les Maures.  When you book PLEASE choose the course and the date you want for the first lesson.  We’ll agree the date of the other lesson after your first (if you want both dates straight away please ask for this when booking).
