L'exploration Classique

Double Tank dives are excursions with two dives in the morning, with the afternoon free for relaxation or the family.  It is a concept directly inspired from diving overseas. Complete escape guaranteed, leaving from the port of “La Londe-Les-Maures” we’ll take you to the Port Cros National Park or to an incredible wreck, with a formula ideal for all divers. Depending on the dive spots, we’ll also welcome Aqualonde Day participants on this excursion, one discovery dive and another fun dive.

Organisation:

• RDV at the dive centre 8.00am.
• Depart for diving at 8.30am.
• First dive around 9.00/9.15am.
• Cold drinks and sweet snacks.
• Transport to the second dive spot.
• Second dive.
• Exit the water around Midday.
• Return to port with cold cuts and snacks.
• Arrive at the dive centre around 1.00/1.15pm.

You’re welcome to bring your own food. Two full tanks are provided per diver, a 12 or 15 litre for the first according to your cert level and the planned depth, a 12 litre for the second dive. In brief, a great atmosphere guaranteed, and great diving! (given organisation and reservation constraints, once booked, the two dives are payable, even if you decide not to dive at the last minute).

What’s different with Aqualonde?

• No lifting, your gear is systematically transported with our chariots between the centre and the 10 metres distance towards the boat.
• Hot showers in the changing rooms of our dive centre.
• Access to the most beautiful and prestigious dive sites of the Mediterranean.  The “Grec”, “Donator”, “Hellcat”, “Ville de Grasse” : the only paddle steamer wreck still intact or even a submarine decorated with “The order of freedom”.  Not forgetting the pinnacles or the famous “Gabinière drop off”, one the richest marine life sites in the heart of the “Port Cros” national park.  There is something for all tastes, enormous schools of barracuda, from turtles to sunfish via monkfish and groupers and red gorgonians!

You’ll be welcomed in a familiar, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, by a team of serious dive professionals who put an accent on leisure and pleasure.  We’ll accompany you on the most prestigious dive sites.  The Gabinière drop off with it’s emphatic Grouper and their silicone lips!  The Point of Vaisseaux with the largest Grouper spotted and the famous Scar, a massive specimen with a discoloured eye that gives the impression of having a scar. The fabulous wrecks that we don’t even need to introduce.  The trinity of the Donator, Grec and Rubis, unique underwater experiences!  Diving on a submarine isn’t available to everybody!  The Conger barge with individuals larger than 2 metres long.  The paddle steamer of the Ville de Grasse.  The airplanes Hellcat, Wildcat and Mustang.  The Cimentier with a minimum depth of 3 metres, providing the opportunity of doing your try dive on a wreck.  Not forgetting the Ferrando, the Marcel, the Michel C, the Puissante and many others. What diver doesn’t want to discover these fantastic places?  This has been our sand pit for over 25 years.  We’ll be delighted to share it with you with enthusiasm.  You can come on your own or with a group, for one or multiple dives, we’ll adapt our prices according to the number of dives. In addition, we’re an Aqualung Partner Centre, with their product range available for rental.  You can even buy the equipment after you’ve tried it.  You’ll have access to high end products coming from the brand created by Commandant Cousteau, so the quality needs no introduction. La Londe Les Maures is not only a paradise for divers but also for friends and family.  You’ll benefit from a developed tourist infrastructure in the surrounding area : accommodation and restaurants covering all price ranges. Many other activities are available.  We’re in the heart of the Cote d’Azur, between Hyères and St Tropez, in a really well preserved area opposite the Port Cros National Park and the Golden Islands.
